Issue

The Ribbon Supply Mismatch error displays on the i4311 printer.

Troubleshooting

The label and ribbon combination are not recommended. 

• Install the recommended ribbon that displays on the screen. The ribbon part will change depending on the type of materials. To view compatibility, refer to i4311 - Label Materials Guide.

• Press OK to bypass the error message. The label may not meet the quality in the Technical Data Sheet: Technical Data Sheets for Brady Materials.
