i4311 - Label Materials Guide

Review the attached file and BradyID to find the correct ribbon and label combination for your i4311 printer. Review the Technical data sheet for more specifics on the material composition, chemical resistance, regulatory compliance and expected shelf life: Technical Data Sheets for Brady Materials.

• Labels must 0.25" or bigger for the i4311 printer.
• Labels manufactured after November 5, 2024 are compatible in the i4311 printer. Anything manufactured prior will not be compatible. If you are unsure of when the labels were produced, contact Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information and provide the lot number: What Is The Label/Ribbon Part Number and Lot Number?.
