Issue
Out of labels displays on the printer.
Causes
The leading edge of the labels or the notch between labels is not detected. The label supply has run out or is improperly installed.
Troubleshooting
- Replace the label supply with a fresh roll of labels.
- Verify the labels are installed correctly in the printer: i4311 - How to Load Labels and Ribbon"
- Clean the printer and make sure there is no debris obstructing the labels from advancing forward: i4311 - Cleaning & Preventative Maintenance
