Issue

 

There is no print on the label.

 

Cause

 

The label or ribbon is not loaded correctly or out of ribbon. 

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Reinstall the ribbon cartridge.

  2. Load a new ribbon: i4311 - How to Load Labels and Ribbon.

  3. Verify the label and ribbon are compatible: i4311 - Label Materials Guide.
