The i4311 printer has the capability to save Brady Workstation files directly on the printer: i4311 - Store and Delete Brady Workstation Files on the Printer. If the i4311 printer comes in for service and specific parts on the printer are changed, the files stored on the printer may be erased.
It is recommended to save the files in Brady Workstation before saving it on the printer: Brady Workstation - Default File Location. If the printer comes in for service and the files are removed, open the files in Brady Workstation and save it on the i4311 printer.
