Body | Printable Area of WRAP-9 in Brady SoftwareThe reason this label does not print the full 2 inch (50.8 mm) is that the Wraptor System can only print to a maximum height of 1.625 inches (41.27 mm).
This is due to how the system has to wrap a label and how the print height can affect that ability. Another reason why you cannot print to the complete height is because the WRAP-9 label wraps over itself, covering some of the print area. Any print on the covered area would not be visible.
The maximum wire diameter that can be used in WRAPTOR™, including the wire's outer jacket, is 0.600". Exceeding this diameter will jam and potentially damage the machine. If a wire diameter less than 0.060" (including wire jacket) is used, the label will not wrap successfully.
