Below are the possible resolutions to the problem of the Wraptor occasionally feeding two labels into the wrapper when a wire is inserted.

Check the following after you have cleaned the rollers and sensors:

Jam or misapplied label has not been cleared from previous cycle (see “Setup Tab Commands” in User’s Manual).

Guide roller rings are not adjusted properly for the label liner width (see “Thread Labels” in the user guide)

Label feed has not taken place when loading label roll (see “Feed a Label” in the user guide)
