If you get an error regarding the print folder and the w_usb device not being available when trying to print from Labelmark, see below.
The Wraptor uses a Windows CE operating system. Active sync if running on the PC, registers the Wraptor as a computer instead of a printer. Labelmark will then give the error message stating the printer cannot be found.
The solution is to go into the Active sync Properties and remove the check in the box for USB connections. Then reboot the PC. Active sync will no longer scan the USB port, and it will register the Wraptor as a printer again. |
