Issue

Wraptor print jobs sent from Teklynx Sentinal are getting stuck in the spooler print queue.

Resolution

1. Configure the Wraptor driver to automatically assign print jobs names instead of prompt for a job name at print time (prompting for job names does not with with Sentinel): Wraptor / Wraptor A6500 - Sending files to printer without naming them

2. Configure the Sentinel service to launch using a local administrator account (instructions in this article were written for Brady's Data Automation, but apply to Sentinel as well): "Required Windows Service is Not Responding" Error in Data Automation
