A label part that was created in Labelmark (custom part number) will act as a WRAP-1-427 when sent to the Wraptor, why?
This is actually a bug in Labelmark v3.2/3.2.1 and will be addressed in the next release or patch of this software.
Please update your software if you're on one of these two versions and the issue should be resolved.
