Issue
"Error code = M, Please refer to the manual" displays in the screen of the Wraptor printer.
Troubleshooting
- You will need shut down the Wraptor. The Wraptor has lost its command process and can not proceed with any more commands from the user.
- Please make sure that you take out any wires or cables that are in the unit and power down the unit. Make sure that you do not have any wires or cables jammed in the jaws or the wrapping mechanism.
- After you unit has been powered down for 2-3 minutes power your unit back up again. Your unit should go back a normal status.
