Activate Brady Workstation Apps and Suites
Note: If you do not have Brady Workstation installed, review Brady Workstation - How to Download and Install the Software and Apps from the Web. Download the software suite that matches your license: Download.
- Launch Brady Workstation.
- Launch any app from the suite (such as Custom Designer). Select Enter License.
Note: Only Lockout Writer and GHS apps can be purchased separately as of 5/2026.
- Enter the License ID and Password.
- Select Activate.

Don't Have the Software Installed?
Download and install the appropriate suite for your license: Brady Workstation - How to Download and Install the Software and Apps from the Web.
Note: If you download the wrong suite you will receive an "invalid license" error upon activation, refer to Brady Workstation - Invalid License error.
Previously Installed the Software?
If the software was previously downloaded, manage the license in the Self-Service Portal: Managing Your Licenses in the Brady Software Self-Service Portal.
The software can be downloaded on a new computer (Brady Workstation - How to Download and Install the Software and Apps from the Web) or transferred (Brady Workstation - Transferring App or Suite Licenses).
