Issue

The Visual C++ 2010 SPI runtime cannot be installed due to the following requirements displays while downloading the BMP41, BMP51 and BMP71 Upgrade Utility as part of the Firmware. "PrintEngine.Pipeline.USB.dll" may also appear in this error.

Workaround

  1. Download the 2010 version. Download both the x64 and x86 versions.

  1. Run the x64 version first and then the x86 version.

 

  1. Reinstall the BMP41, BMP51 or BMP71 Upgrade Utility.
