A blinking printer icon means the printer is receiving data. A yellow icon on the printer screen will flash at the same time the print job is sent over from the software. This serves as a reminder that the print job still needs to be added to the Print Queue to run it and print the labels.
If you turn on Auto Queue Job in Settings > Print Queue, then you don’t have to manually add jobs to the queue.
Print Issues
If the file does not print and the blinking printer icon disappears, the size of the file may be too large.
We suggest a file size of 1499 labels or less.
